
Offering seven different workouts, we have a class for you! Our instructors are nationally certified through FIT4MOM in the foundations of fitness, as well as prenatal and postnatal fitness considerations. You can rest assured that these workouts will be both safe and effective for you, no matter your stage of motherhood or fitness experience.
MOMMY + ME
Our Workouts

Stroller Strides
Total body conditioning and cardio using long resistance bands. Each station combines cardio and total body functional strength movements. We finish with brief core section and cooldown. Elements of "fun4baby" are woven into the class. For an extra challenge, you may run or jog between stations. Bring a long resistance band or borrow one of ours. Mommy + Me Workout (Kid Songs, Tickle Toes, etc built into class)

STROLLER BARRE
Total body toning and cardio using short resistance loops and core balls. Each station combines cardio, lower body strength moves, and "mini" moves that focus on smaller movements and finer muscle toning. Core engagement is emphasized throughout the class. Elements of "fun4baby" are woven into the class. For an extra challenge, you may run or jog between stations. Please bring a mat to class. Mommy + Me Workout (Kid Songs, Tickle Toes, etc built into class)
ALL THE MOMS
STRIDES 360
Cardiovascular conditioning and speed/agility work. We combine 4 minutes of running or walking with 4 minutes of speed/agility/quickness drills and lower body strength and core work. A great class to complement a running routine or start to develop one. No equipment needed. Focus on Mom (Kids welcome, but no special entertainment for them)

BODY BOOST
High intensity interval training. This minute class combines rounds of cardio, strength and core moves for a fast-paced, sweaty total body workout. Close out with a cardio push. Bring light to medium weights. Focus on Mom (Kids welcome, but no special entertainment for them)
PRENATAL

CORE AND RESTORE
This low-impact workout is equal parts challenge and calm. With a focus on deep core work, trunk stabilization, and full body mobility, this class will leave you feeling strong, capable, and connected as you take on the day-to-day demands of mom life. Focus on Mom (Kids welcome, but no special entertainment for them)
FIT4BABY
A fitness class designed for expecting and newly postpartum moms, focused on core restoration and strength building. This class includes rounds of cardio, strength and core moves along with an extended warm up and cooldown. Connect with other local pregnant moms and build your network now, while prepping your body for labor and easing some of those aches and pains associated with a growing pregnancy. Please bring a mat to class. Moms only, please.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
RUN CLUB®
Take your running to the next level with our guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us!
Sessions are held yearlong.
