Our Workouts

FIT4MOM Bergen offers 7 unique drop-in classes and two add-on programs. 2 of our classes are specifically for prenatal moms, although every class is pregnancy-safe. Our instructors are nationally certified through FIT4MOM in the foundations of fitness, post and prenatal fitness considerations, and the nuances of each class.

Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is a total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

FIT4BABY

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Connect with local moms and build your mom group before baby comes!

Prenatal Yoga is a yoga class designed just for pregnant moms. It is an ideal workout when expecting. It is low-impact and focused on connecting to yourself and your baby. It also has many benefits for your mind.
