Pop-Up Boost + Open Play @ 1Gym4All
Join us for a pop-up Body Boost at 1Gym4All! 💪 Start with a 30-min total-body workout designed to energize, strengthen, and empower you—then stay for 1 hour of open play for your little ones. Come for the sweat, stay for the community (and the playtime)!
Pop-Up Boost + Toddler Play @ BLS Physical Therapy
We’re taking class on the road to BLS Physical Therapy, 184 Rivervale Rd, Rivervale! Start your morning with meaningful movement at FIT4MOM Body Boost (9:30–10am), then let your toddler move, groove, and play with Dr. Brittany Nardone. Includes music, crafts, and sensory fun (10–10:45am). Ideal for ages 18m–4yrs.
