A Week of Meals: Spring Body Well

It's Spring Body Well, which means focusing up on our nutrition leading into summer. Here are a few of our favorite recipes that we love in the spring season -- and they are all Body Well approved!

Breakfast

I love to kick off my morning with oats. They’re high in fiber, filling for busy mornings, and great for keeping your heart healthy. Spring weather is random so some days I crave a warm pot of oats, and others a cold overnight oats option works better. Stovetop oats are a game changer. Compare them to microwave instant oatmeal and I swear, you’ll never go back. Both start the same way- difference in only in whether you store them in the fridge or cook them.

I love a one pot meal for dinner. Easy and healthy, with tons of hidden veggies
