I am a full time wife and mother of 3 boys. I moved to Bergen County from Hoboken shortly before becoming a first time mom. In that first year of motherhood I was lucky enough to find FIT4MOM - a community that was welcoming, supportive and loving. I joined as a member, become a part of the team as a Stroller Strides/Fit4Baby instructor, and went on to own the FIT4MOM Bergen franchise from 2016 - 2022. I am excited to be part of the instructor team offering so many of the FIT4MOM programs right here in Bergen County for all the moms that need and love this community. I learned first hand that it takes a village ... and I could not be more excited to welcome you to ours.
