I haven’t worked out since having my baby, will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely! You can set your own pace. If you are new to exercising or newly postpartum we recommend you start slowly and build up gradually. Our classes are designed for every level of fitness. We offer variety for each exercise including modifications and challenges. You do what feels right for you. FIT4MOM is a non-competitive, judgement free, welcoming group fitness class.
