Come join us for coffee + chat with Dr. Abby and Dr. Julia from the Spine and Health Center of Park Ridge. They will be talking about their specialties of chiropractic and physical therapy, what they offer at their office, and general health and wellness. They will also be going over proper posture for new moms when carrying/feeding their children, ways that chiropractic can help babies, and strengthening exercises for new moms post partum. They will also be offering stretching to moms after their workout!
